 If
your style of music is on the side of the Smashing Pumpkins,
then you will truly enjoy Solid
Ground and their CD 'Wisemen',
this group rocks hard and plays hard. The vocals of Mike
Gain was strong, clear and out there. I also found that the
rhythm section of Ed Gulli (drums) and Vince Corvelli (Bass
guitar) to be a strong backbone to The Solid Ground. And the
lead guitar of Mike Gain pulls it altogether.
The following really got my attention as I am sure
they will become your favorite songs too:
~~ Thorny Crown
- very very good songwriting/instruments/vocals
~~ Blinded
- this one really got my attention, sung from the heart.
~~ Goodbye
- And this one is totally awesome, with excellent
songwriting/remarkable vocals/instruments right there and in
the pocket.
